GENERAL
✿ All commissions are delivered as digital products; no physical items will be mailed.
✿ I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
✿ Pricing may vary based on the level of complexity.
✿ Wywia retains the right to use commissioned work for self-promotion purposes.
✿ Clients are required to provide visual references for all requested services.
✿ Any deadlines must be discussed and agreed upon before payment is made.
✿ Rush deadlines may result in a higher fee or possible rejection of the commission.
✿ All prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Attempts to bargain will lead to the commission being declined.
✿ Clients must supply any illustrations that need to be included in the commissioned piece.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE
✿ The client must provide proper credit on any website or social media platform where the files are used. The credit should be clearly visible and easy to access (e.g., Twitch panels, a linked Google Doc).
✿ The client must clearly state the intended usage of the commissioned piece within the commission form.
✿ The client may not repurpose, redistribute, or modify any commissioned product unless an extended license has been granted.
✿ Wywia retains full rights to all commissioned work.
✿ If a client purchases any file (.psd), they may edit it for personal use but may not repurpose or redistribute it.
